Buying used camera gear from overseas can feel risky. This guide explains exactly how we inspect, grade and ship every item at PEEK A BOO CAMERA JAPAN.
How we inspect
- Function — shutter speeds, metering, autofocus, flash, card recognition and LCD are tested where applicable.
- Optics — lenses are checked with a strong light for fungus, haze, scratches and separation.
- Exterior — marks, brassing and wear are described and shown in the photos.
- Accessories — everything included is listed in the "Included Items" section.
What the condition grades mean
Each title includes a grade such as Top Mint, Mint or Near Mint. The full definitions are in our Condition Guide. Because every item is one of a kind, the photos always show the exact item you will receive.
Shipping from Japan
- Shipped within 3 business days of payment by FedEx, DHL or UPS with tracking.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 days after shipment.
- Prices exclude import duties and taxes, which are paid on delivery (DDU). See our Shipping policy.
Our guarantee
