Import Duties & Taxes (DDU)
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are collected by the carrier or customs at delivery.

▣Combined Shipping

• Items eligible for combined shipping will be packed together and shipped for a single shipping fee. However, some items may not be eligible for combined shipping. In such cases, shipping fees will be charged for each individual item.

• If you purchase items that are not eligible for free shipping, shipping fees will apply to those items. If multiple items are purchased together, the highest applicable shipping fee will take priority.

• After shipment, we will provide a tracking number. To promote resource conservation and maintain competitive pricing, we use recycled cardboard boxes. These boxes may have minor stains, tape marks, or unrelated printed text. We take great care in packaging and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Items classified as D rank, J rank, or special sale items are not eligible for warranty or initial defect coverage.

Please note: Some vintage cameras and older products may not include a used warranty regardless of condition rank.

Buy with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page, with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
3. Ship the item back with a tracking number within 7 days of our reply.

Conditions

• The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all included accessories (caps, hood, battery, charger, etc.) and its packaging.
• Items that have been damaged, disassembled, modified, or are missing accessories after delivery may be refused or only partially refunded.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

⇄Return Shipping Costs

• Not as described: if the item differs from the photos or description, or has a defect that was not stated, we pay the return shipping and refund the full amount including the original shipping fee.
• Other reasons (change of mind): return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
• Import duties and taxes paid to your country's customs cannot be refunded by us. Please ask your local customs office about duty refunds on returned goods.

!If Your Item Arrives Damaged (Shipping Accident)

Please open the package and check the item as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page, with photos of the item and the packaging, so we can resolve it with you and the carrier.

Please keep the box and all packing materials until the issue is resolved, as the carrier may need to inspect them.
