14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to buy with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery through our Contact page, with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Ship the item back with a tracking number within 7 days of our reply.
Conditions
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all included accessories (caps, hood, battery, charger, etc.) and its packaging.
Items that have been damaged, disassembled, modified, or are missing accessories after delivery may be refused or only partially refunded.
Return shipping and refunds
Not as described: if the item differs from the photos or description, or has a defect that was not stated, we pay the return shipping and refund the full amount including the original shipping fee.
Other reasons (change of mind): return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
Import duties and taxes paid to your country's customs cannot be refunded by us. Please ask your local customs office about duty refunds on returned goods.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged in transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging, so we can resolve it with you and the carrier.
