Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped from Japan.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with FedEx, DHL or UPS. The carrier is selected depending on your destination. A tracking number is provided for every order after shipment.

Handling Time

Orders are shipped within 3 days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 5–10 days after shipment. Please note that delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, public holidays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Import Duties & Taxes (DDU)

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or the shipping cost, and are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are usually collected by the carrier at the time of delivery.

Please check your country's import regulations before purchasing.

Combined Shipping

• Items eligible for combined shipping will be packed together and shipped with a single shipping fee. However, some items cannot be combined. In such cases, shipping fees will be charged for each item separately.

• If multiple items are purchased together, the highest shipping fee will take precedence.

Packaging

In order to promote resource conservation and maintain affordable prices, we use recycled cardboard boxes for shipping. These boxes may have minor stains, tape marks, or unrelated printed text. We take great care in packaging and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If the Delivered Item Is Damaged (Shipping Accident)

Upon receiving your item, please open the package on the same day and check for any damage or defects.

Please contact us by email on the same day of receipt in any case.

If we are not contacted on the day of delivery, we will be unable to determine the cause of the damage and therefore cannot accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
